ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Provides decision support to customers through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of
operational and financial performance data.
2. Uses analytical findings to assist in proposing recommendations.
3. Performs trend analyses to uncover patterns in data that guide business decisions and drive
cost savings and operational efficiencies.
4. Proactively develops a strong understanding of Cenikor's services and operations.
5. Develops and maintains all reporting required by the stakeholders.
6. Defines/documents reporting requirements to partners and leadership team to automate
recurring reports.
7. Proposes and implements reporting as needed in order to meet evolving customer needs.
8. Prepares/presents analytical and/or reporting results to customers and internal leadership.
9. Provides analytical findings to inform internal, operational or financial process
improvements
10. Establishes a professional and trusting relationship with customers
11. Routinely collaborate with Decision Support Team on projects.
12. Articulate the mission, vision, values and goals of Cenikor through correspondence,
presentations and other opportunities.
13. Interact with day to day relationships with vendors and management.
14. Support HRIS needs and analysis as requested by the HR Executive & approved by the
Clinical Executive.
15. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and Foundation matters, referring questionable
issues or activities to the Clinical Executive.
16. Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working environment
for all team members.
17. Ensure timely completion of Big 5 performance management tool by the required deadlines
and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.
18. Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the exempt functions as defined in
this job description.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent strategic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively; must work well under deadline pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and open to change
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Experience with Python or R required

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- SQL Certified.
Experience:
- Three to five years related experience required.
- Experience with non-profit, substance abuse, health care, mental health or education is
preferred.
- SQL experience.
- Dashboard building preferred.
