SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Build and maintain data pipelines and automated systems that support real-time and predictive decision making.

2. Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

3. Develop and deploy dashboards and reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI.

4. Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business needs.

5. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate insights in a clear, actionable format.

6. Design and implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate and scripting languages.

7. Integrate data across systems including CRM, EHR, and cloud-based platforms.

8. Support AI-enabled workflows and advanced analytics initiatives.

9. Manage projects and coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.

10. Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance reporting, efficiency, and decision support.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into practical, actionable solutions

· Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

· Proficiency in SQL, including building and maintaining production-ready queries and data pipelines

· Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools

· Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation

· Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages

· Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics)

· Experience with EHR or healthcare data systems (preferred)

· Understanding of cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Azure SQL

· Experience working with SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and project management tools

· Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation technologies

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

· Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or applied data engineering.

· Demonstrated experience working with healthcare, behavioral health, and financial data.

· Experience in non-profit healthcare, behavioral health or similar settings preferred.

· Proven experience developing dashboards, complex reports, and analytical models.

· Portfolio demonstrating at least three work samples solving real business problems
