SCHEDULE: Tuesday - Saturday 8am-5pm

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  1. Knowledge of pharmacology as it relates to individuals with substance abuse and mental health disorders.
  2. Experienced in providing medical care to a diverse ethnic and cultural population.
  3. Excellent assessment and communication skills.
  4. Possesses good time management skills needed to meet aggressive deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
  5. Patience, perseverance, and resilience in a challenging environment.
  6. Presents a professional, positive image.
  7. Capable of performing job responsibilities in a professional manner.
  8. Excellent documentation skills.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience preferably in providing care for individuals with alcohol and substance abuse, mental health and chemical dependency treatment.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Licensure Required:

  • Current licensure as RN or Nurse Practitioner
  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid
