SCHEDULE  Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for reporting and analysis.

2. Support daily and ad hoc reporting requests while assisting with dataset maintenance for dashboards and projects.

3. Provide technical support for data extraction, reporting, and system updates.

4. Collaborate with team members on data, reporting, and automation initiatives while following direction and improving processes.

5. Communicate clearly with stakeholders to gather needs and present data accurately.

6. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

· Advanced Excel skills (expert level required)

· Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL

· Python or other scripting language (preferred)

· Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and organization

· Ability to follow direction while demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks

· Strong organizational time management skills in a fast-paced environment

· Team-oriented and comfortable working face-to-face with stakeholders

· Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain data clearly and accurately

· Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes

· Dependable, adaptable, and willing to step in where needed to support team success

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· SQL Certification (preferred)

Experience:

· Minimum 2 years experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or applied data engineering.

· Python or similar programming language (preferred)

· Demonstrated experience working with healthcare, behavioral health, and financial data.

· Experience in non-profit healthcare, behavioral health or similar settings preferred.

· Proven experience developing dashboards, complex reports, and analytical models.

· Portfolio demonstrating at least three work samples solving real business problems (preferred)
