SCHEDULE Monday -Friday 8am-5pm


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Implement & maintain a shared drive for clinical and medical documentation as requested.
  2. Electronically upload necessary documents into EHR systems, CMBHS & Welligent to maintain complete and accurate client records.
  3. Communicate with facility leadership regarding client uploads and compliance patterns.
  4. Assist with monthly compliance audits to ensure documentation completion.
  5. Maintain all files accurately and report findings, trends, and data to the direct supervisor.
  6. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client, staff and Foundation matters.
  7. Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working environment for all team members.
  8. Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool by the required deadline and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the non-exempt functions as defined in this job description.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of TAC 441/564 principles and documentation practices
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Proficiency in data entry and PDF saving/uploads
  • Ability to oversee contract compliance and interpret policies and procedures
  • Competence in utilizing database systems to create reports, draw conclusions, and propose solutions.
  • Demonstrates strong process orientation and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to act in a professional manner, including exercising confidentiality, discretion and judgment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills required.
  • Ability to work with tenacity and resilience to achieve goals.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Some college coursework preferred.

Experience:

  • Two years of related experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or education preferred
  • Previous experience with non-profit organization preferred.
