ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Maintain systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules for the
facility.
2. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following safety standards and procedures.
3. Evaluate function and reliability of facility systems and equipment.
4. Facilitate outside contractor visits and repairs as needed.
5. Secure all equipment on a daily basis.
6. Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and a
repairs.
7. Maintain tools, supplies and all lawn equipment to ensure safety at all times, and ensure all
equipment is secured.
8. Comply with all safety procedures for equipment operation, including personal protection
equipment.
9. Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool by the required deadlines and use
of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.
10. Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture to help maintain a positive working
environment for all team members.
11. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and foundation matters and refer questionable
issues to your supervisor.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the exempt functions as defined in
this job description.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Knowledge of general maintenance of buildings,
- Ability to understand and follow work orders and to make independent and good
judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
- Knowledge of safety precautions with equipment including plumbing and electrical.
- Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- One year experience of related experience
- Supervisor experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk extensively while on outside property,
- Ability to climb and descend stairs
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
- Ability to see within normal parameters
- Ability to hear within normal range
- Ability to lift approximately fifty pounds
- Ability to reach and extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.
- Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole
- hand(s) or arm(s), for example, using a keyboard.
