Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing and outreach campaigns that promote programs, services, and mission awareness
  • Support creation of content for social media, newsletters, flyers, presentations, and website updates
  • Help maintain marketing calendars and track engagement metrics
  • Conduct basic market or community research to support outreach and fundraising efforts
  • Assist with internal communications and branding consistency across departments

Human Resources Support

  • Assist HR team with recruitment efforts, including posting roles, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees and interns
  • Help maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal announcements
  • Support compliance-related tasks in accordance with nonprofit, healthcare, and confidentiality standards

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support

  • Assist with general corporate office administrative duties as needed
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support organizational initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects

Learning Objectives

  • Learn ethical outreach practices within substance rehabilitation and healthcare settings

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred

  • Interest in nonprofit work, behavioral health, or community outreach
  • Basic knowledge of social media or digital marketing platforms
  • Experience with administrative or office environments
