SCHEDULE:    Monday -Friday 8am -5pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Greet all visitors and professionally represent the organization through correspondence,
telephone and personal contacts.
2. Serve as the initial and primary point of contact for all M.A.T. clients.
3. Complete reminders with clients prior to scheduled intake date and manage appointments.
4. Collaborate with referral sources, Client Outreach Managers, and community partners in
conjunction with the access center. Review and assist with the wait list.
5. Manage client portal accounts and consents within the electronic health record.
Manage intake and registration process.
6. Review client financial responsibility and facilitate conversations related to pay source
and funding.
7. Work with insurance and billing department to actively manage 3rd party payor clients.
8. Coordinate prior authorizations when deemed necessary.
9. Complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting, client conversion rates, and outcomes.
10. Assess client access barriers and consult with the M.A.T. Program Manager and Access
Center to reduce impediments to treatment.
11. Work closely with the Clinical Team, Utilization Review, and M.A.T. Program Manager to
ensure accurate and timely communication of client information.
12. Coordinate scheduled intakes with appropriate clinician per program type.
13. Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool for direct reports by the
required deadlines and use of SMART goals to support annual performance and
compensation review.
14. Support the onboarding and ongoing training of MAT program staff by effectively training
team members on Cenikor policies and processes governing the MAT program.
15. Manage DATIS timekeeping and hiring functions for MAT team members.
16. Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working
environment for all team members.
17. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulatory standards as well as Cenikor
policies and procedures.
18. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and Foundation matters.
19. Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the non-exempt functions as
defined in this job description.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Possesses good time management skills.
- Knowledgeable of insurance, Medicaid and state funding intake and admissions
criteria and timelines.
- Experienced and capable in communicating client needs and identifying appropriate
resources for client development.
- Presents a positive, customer service oriented, and professional image.
- Possesses good oral and written communication and public speaking skills.
- Experienced in working with diverse population.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software required, including MS Outlook calendar.
- Good ethical and business standards.
- Ability to lead by established goals and objectives.

Education:

- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years prior experience working with a MAT program may be accepted

Licensure Required:
- None

Experience:
- Previous experience in patient registration or financial services role preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Sitting in normal position for extended periods of time.
- Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.
- Finger dexterity is required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole
hand(s)or arm(s), for example, using a keyboard.
