ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Manage the implementation of the Digital Marketing plan and assist with other aspects of the
Traditional Marketing plan to meet the needs of the Foundation, including all printed materials,
Cenikor website, social media sources and any other identified marketing sources.
2. Maintain and update Foundation marketing materials and sources, ensuring consistent branding and
effective pricing.
3. Utilize internal resources and manage external vendors to develop marketing materials with
consistent design and messaging across all facilities.
4. Drive development of new website build(s), and manage website content and update at least monthly,
but as needed or requested.
5. Manage the process for the Foundation's quarterly external newsletter and monthly employee newsletter.

6. Lead the annual efforts regarding the development of Cenikor's annual report.
7. Assist staff in representing the Foundation effectively throughout the community.
8. Articulate the mission, vision, values and goals of the Cenikor Foundation through correspondence,
presentations and other opportunities.
9. Manage and track marketing costs in accordance with pre-approved marketing plans and budgets.
10. Manage and track the acquisition and inventory of promotional items for internal and external use.
11. Collaborate with corporate and facility leadership to develop Cenikor's social media strategy, including monthly social calendar and regular engagement across platforms.
12. Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and help create a positive working environment for
all team members.
13. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and Foundation matters, referring questionable issues or
activities to the President/CEO.
14. Provide training and general supervision of the Marketing Intern, when applicable.
15. Facilitate day to day relationships with vendors.
16. Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the exempt functions as defined in this job
description.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

-Proficient in design and marketing tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Hubspot.- Excellent written and verbal      communication skills
- Highly detailed oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively; must work well under deadline pressure
- Flexible and open to change
- Self-starter with solid follow through
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office required

Education:
- Bachelor degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Business or Journalism.
Experience:
- Minimum of one year of marketing, public relations, journalism or related experience required.
- Experience with substance abuse, health care, mental health or education is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
