Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Responsible for the development and coordination of the Project Aim Program and ensures that it meets the terms and conditions issued with the Notice of Award.
  2. Works with the Prevention Director in the hiring and onboarding of Project Aim Team Members.
  3. Oversees the daily operations of the program including team member development, direct group/individual supervision, and submission of documents as mandated by SAMSHA.
  4. Develop the initial draft of data driven and comprehensive strategic plan during the planning process.
  5. Responsible of working with external evaluator and epidemiologist and ensure that the Strategic Prevention Framework is followed accurately.
  6. Responsible for completing a thorough assessment of the community's substance use incidence, needs and strengths with support of evaluator.
  7. Review report of data which was gathered and analyzed by the epidemiologist and evaluation team, submit to the assigned Government Project Officer (GPO).
  8. Develop service delivery, data management, and project evaluation workflows and protocols with support of evaluation team.
  9. Collaborate with the epidemiologist to address the prevention needs of young adults based on the data collected.
  10. Initiate the implementation process of the program by guiding the Community Engagement Coordinator and Prevention Specialists.
  11. Participation in community outreach reach as necessary to meet Federal contract obligations.
  12. Work with Prevention Senior Manager to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effective allocation of resources.

ADMINISTRATION

  1. Collaborate with the evaluators on assessing the impact of the project at the community level by using various sources of data.
  2. Collaborate with the evaluators on reporting including quarterly performance tracking and annual performance report.
  3. Ensure accurate data collection transmitted to evaluators and HIPPA compliant service and ensure that all project Team Members are trained in HIPPA compliance and participant protection.
  4. Participate in supervision meetings with Prevention Director on a weekly basis and with other Cenikor Managers monthly or as needed on an ongoing basis.
  5. Maintain compliance with federal regulatory standards as well as contract standards and Cenikor policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain professional development as required by federal guidelines to meet compliance regulations.
  7. Work closely with Prevention Director to uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working environment for all team members.
  8. Participate in all Cenikor meetings/webinars including annual Cenikor Manager Meeting.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned related to enhancing project efforts and consistent with the functions as assigned in this job description.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education or other related field required.
  • Masters' degree in Social Work, Education or other related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience working with youth, preferably in a treatment or recovery setting preferred.
  • Experience facilitating youth groups and individual peer recovery coach sessions
  • Experience with substance use recovery, including multiple pathways to recovery.
  • Experience managing/leading teams preferred.

Licensure:

  • Valid Driver's License required
