SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Marketing Oversight:

  1. Work with management to develop, implement and identify strategic marketing initiatives to meet the needs of the Foundation, including all printed materials, Cenikor website, social media sources and any other identified marketing sources.
  2. Utilize internal resources and outside vendors to develop marketing materials with consistent branding, design and messaging across all facilities within effective pricing and budgeted structure(s).
  3. Work with Marketing Executive to manage website design and content, and update at least monthly but also as needed or requested.
  4. Collaborate with the Executive Leadership, Regional Directors, Facility Directors, and Director of Business Development for strategy, execution, and measurement of the effectiveness of all Cenikor Foundation business development and marketing efforts.
  5. Provide oversight of social media strategy including frequent content updates to grow Cenikor's visibility as a leader in the behavioral health industry.
  6. Work with human resources to develop and manage internal marketing strategies to increase employee engagement, including multiple methods of communication.
  7. Manage the process for the Foundation's monthly employee newsletter.
  8. Coordinate and oversee the development and printing of Cenikor's annual report.
  9. Assist leadership and Director of Advancement and Director of Business Development with special events and staff training at each facility to promote a consistent message within the community, including production of collateral materials.
  10. Articulate the mission, vision, values and goals of the Cenikor Foundation through correspondence, presentations and other opportunities.
  11. Share the marketing updates and reports Monthly and Quarterly with the AVP, Marketing & Business Development to prepare for the board meetings.

Media Relations

  1. Leads the development, implementation, measurement, and reporting of external / media-based communication plans.
  2. Develops and manages proactive media outreach to all Cenikor markets, and manage day-to-day media relations / media requests for all related corporate issues.
  3. Builds relationships with key media contacts and identify opportunities to proactively talk about Cenikor as appropriate.
  4. Creates a media "Crisis Management" plan for Cenikor executive and board use.
  5. Collaborates with marketing, advancement, facility executives, and subject matter experts in a timely manner to determine appropriate media responses to a variety of programs, issues, and community positions via various media channels.
  6. Share the public media and relations updates and reports Monthly and Quarterly with the AVP, Marketing & Business Development to prepare for the board meetings.
  7. Role model and uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and contribute to a positive working environment for all team members.
  8. Work with the Human Resource Department for staffing, training, employee relations issues, performance evaluations and maintenance of personnel files, documentation and licensure requirements for Foundation staff.
  9. Ensure that all employee corrective actions and complaints are documented in compliance with foundation policies and procedures, with the knowledge and assistance of the Human Resource Department and CEO and following local, state and federal and laws.
  10. Maintain ongoing compliance with all required training courses relevant to the role, including but not limited to company-mandated courses and any state-regulated certifications or training requirements.
  11. Work closely with Marketing Executive to uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working environment for all team members.
  12. Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool by the required deadlines and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.
  13. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and Foundation matters.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the exempt functions as defined in this job description.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Proven experience managing business development team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well and manager multiple leadership styles
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively; must work well under deadline pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and open to change
  • Strong proficiency in AI (co-pilot, Gemini, Chat gpt, etc)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office required

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Marketing or Business degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Five years of Marketing/Business Development related experience required.
  • Experience with non-profit, substance use disorder, health care, mental health or education is preferred.
