SCHEDULE: FULL TIME varies based on program needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. The YRC Team Lead oversees and supports the YRC team.
2.Create training materials and administer training to new YRC team members.
3. Oversee documentation of all YRC team members including all CMBHS documentation.
4. Oversight of Health and Human Services Commission monthly and quarterly reports.
5. Preform a monthly YRC audit to ensure all documentation is current and accurate.
6. Create format of documents such as: attendance sheets for groups, wellness plans, family contracts and other documents to be used by YRC team.
7. Establish MOU's with community and social service agencies serving or having interest in recovery support services. MOUs should encourage networking, coordination, and referrals to help address needs of participants, their families, and supportive allies. Signed MOU's are to be maintained on file for HHSC review upon request.
8. Review YRC team members training files on a quarterly basis.
9. Provide continuing education opportunities for YRC team each month through webinars, in house
trainings, or external trainings.
10. Encourage and support YRC team to explore professional opportunities through conferences, speaking
engagements, and outreach events.
11. Share recovery knowledge through presentations, trainings, and personal development to the YRC team.
12. Facilitate weekly YRC team meetings to discuss YRC participants, community meetings, pending
partnerships, and provide assistance in areas where YRC team needs assistance.
13. Participate in weekly meeting with YRC Manager.
14. Seek supervision from YRC Manager regarding concerns with YRC Team.
15. Direct services including facilitating groups, outreach events and other YRC events.
16. Facilitate monthly interagency meeting.
17. Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool by the required deadlines and use of SMART
goals to support annual performance compensation review.
18. Work closely with management team to uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a
positive working environment for all team members.
19. Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the non-exempt functions as assigned in this
job description.

- Ability to be flexible while remaining highly organized.
- Ability to work within a team setting, as well as independently.
- Submit YRC documentation in a timely manner.
- Ability to plan in advance and implement those plans with fidelity.
- Possess good time management skills needed to meet aggressive deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, with above average skills in MS PowerPoint and Outlook Calendar.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
- Working with youth, preferably in a recovery setting
- Sharing lived experience individually and in presentations
- Experience facilitating groups and individual peer recovery coach sessions
- Experience with addiction recovery, including multiple pathways to recovery and peer recovery support
services.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting in normal position for extended periods of time.
- Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.
- Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), for
example, using a keyboard.
- Communication skills using the written and spoken word.
- Ability to see within normal parameters.
- Ability to hear within normal range.
- Possible exposure to communicable diseases.
- Ability to drive.
- Ability to work remotely as needed
License:
- Recovery Support Peer Specialist or Peer Recovery Peer Specialist preferred
- LCDC or LCDC-I preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
