SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am-3pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Greet all visitors professionally and represent the organization through correspondence,
telephone and personal contacts.
2. Handle incoming calls for the organization and outgoing follow-up calls as required.
3. Responsible for handling routine administrative duties such as incoming/outgoing
mail/faxes for the organization; prepare necessary correspondence (fax, copies, electronic
mail/ media, etc.) for the Senior Regional Directors and Executive Assistant.
4. Manage conference call and conference room Outlook calendars as well as any Corporate
Zoom meetings.
5. Work closely with the Executive Assistant to arrange travel logistics for all facilities and
ensure accurate and timely communications.
6. Manage office supplies for the corporate office for Executive Assistant to order.
7. Work with the Human Resources Department regarding all new hire badges, assistance
with new hire agendas, facility tour coordination.
8. Work with property management for any requests to be submitted.
9. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and foundation matters and refer questionable
issues to the Executive Assistant.
10. Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working environment
for all team members.
11. Support the Senior Regional Directors and Executive Assistant with administrative duties.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Regional Directors and Executive
Assistant and consistent with the non-exempt functions as defined in this jobdescription.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Ability to exercise discretion and judgment.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically including MS Outlook calendar.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Some college preferred.
Licensure Required:
- None
Experience:
- Two or more years of receptionist/administrative or related experience required.
- Previous non-profit experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting in normal position for extended periods of time.
- Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.
- Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole
hand(s) or arm(s), for example, using a keyboard.
- Communication skills using the spoken word.
- Ability to see within normal parameters.
- Ability to hear within normal range.
- Ability to move about.
