SCHEDULE: 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies for paid and organic that align with company goals and target audience for addition treatment services.
  2. Own, create, and manage an engaging monthly content calendar across various social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn, working with corporate, facility, and department leadership to share relevant news and updates.
  3. Craft consistent, meaningful content on all social platforms, including writing, editing, and scheduling social media posts; developing graphics; improving customer engagement; and promoting social media campaigns.
  4. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports, including required monthly prevention numbers and conversion metrics.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, quickly capitalizing on trends to expand our reach.
  6. Respond to comments and messages from followers, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
  7. Help produce effective video and thought leadership content showcasing our staff and clients across the foundation.
  8. Develop and manage user generated content and alumni campaigns.
  9. Ensure appropriate media releases are signed, returned, and saved to database.
  10. Work with various departments to ensure alignment and promotion of priority items.
  11. Participate in bi-weekly calls with outside marketing agencies, providing input on paid social campaigns and other initiatives.
  12. Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working environment for all team members.
  13. Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool by the required deadline and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.
  14. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client, staff and Foundation matters.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the non-exempt functions as defined in this job description.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Ability to act in a professional manner, including exercising confidentiality, discretion and judgment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills required.
  • Ability to work with tenacity and resilience to achieve goals.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Highschool Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • One or more years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role required
  • One or more years of experience with social media, marketing, and design tools, such as Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and Hubspot.
  • Previous experience with non-profit organization preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting in a normal position for extended periods of time
  • Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction
  • Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with the entire hand(s) or arm(s) (for example, using a keyboard)
  • Communication skills using the spoken and written word
  • Ability to see within normal parameters
  • Ability to hear within normal range
  • Ability to lift and move file boxes weighing approximately 20 pounds on top of filing cabinets.
  • Ability to travel to facilities by various transportation means.

Licensure:

Valid Driver's License required.
